See where appreciation flows, and where it has gone quiet
Team Pulse turns every recognition into a team-level view of culture. It shows HR and leaders which teams are thriving, which are overlooked and which values are actually lived. It never scores a person.
The whole company on one screen
Recognition given and received, by team, location, shift and function. Quiet teams stand out immediately, compared with their own history rather than with the loudest team in the building.
- Compared with their own normalA small team is not flagged just for being small. Grati5 looks for change against each team's usual pattern.
- Given and receivedSee both directions, including which teams thank others and which are only ever thanked.
- Cross-team flowSpot departments that never recognize each other, a common early sign of silos.
Which values are lived, and which only hang on the wall
Every recognition carries a value. Aggregated across a team or location, that becomes an honest read of which parts of your culture show up in daily work.
- Value mix by groupCompare locations, functions or tenure bands without identifying anyone.
- Plain-language summariesA quarterly written summary of themes, drafted by AI from aggregated data.
Small teams are merged, so no one can be singled out
Any group below the minimum size, five people by default, is rolled into its parent before it appears in a view. Admins can raise the threshold. They cannot lower it below five.
- Applied everywhereDashboards, exports, AI summaries and nudges all follow the same rule.
- Filters cannot slice around itCombining filters that would reveal a small group returns a merged result instead.
Insight that turns into a thank-you
When a team goes quiet, its manager gets a short private prompt with context and a one-tap way to recognize someone. It is a reminder, not a performance flag.
