How is reward spend billed?
You pre-fund a rewards budget. Redemptions draw from it at face value, with no markup on vouchers. Unused budget rolls over while your subscription is active.
Who fulfils rewards?
Digital vouchers and experiences are fulfilled by our reward partners. Your own catalog items are fulfilled by your team, tracked in Grati5.
Can we start with part of the company?
Yes. Many customers start with one business unit or location and expand. Pricing is based on the employees you enable.
What are the contract terms?
Plans are annual by default. Multi-year terms are available on Company and Enterprise. Headcount can be trued up once a year.
Are integrations extra?
No. Chat integrations are included on every plan. HRMS sync, SSO and API access are included from Company upwards.
