Grati5 connects through a standard REST API or a scheduled SFTP file in CSV format, which covers most HR systems. We help map your fields during onboarding.
Do we need Slack or Microsoft Teams?
No. The web app and mobile web link offer the full experience. Chat integrations simply make recognition faster where they are used.
What data does the chat app read?
Only the recognition messages people send through Grati5 commands and cards. It does not read other channels or direct messages.
Is there an API?
Yes. The API and webhooks are available on the Company and Enterprise plans, and every endpoint respects the minimum group size.
